Joseph Wright

President

Joe Wright is the current President and founder of YourCFO. Over the past 18 years, he has helped hundreds of companies develop accounting systems and establish processes and procedures to meet the control and reporting standards required by small business owners and management.

After graduating from Robert Morris University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Joe began his career as an auditor for Westinghouse Credit Corporation where he worked with many businesses and industries across the country. Joe then became a consultant implementing, installing and training a variety of accounting software packages, including ACCPAC©, Peachtree©, One-Write© and QuickBooks©. Joe also worked on a government contract where he was responsible for assisting small businesses set up and implement accounting systems that enabled them to do business with the government and meet their specific reporting standards.

More recently Joe was a controller for Krome Communications, Inc., a Pittsburgh based Advertising Agency, where he successfully turned an accounting system with very little controls and reporting capabilities into a system able to produce the reports needed to effectively manage the business and cash flow through a very difficult financial time.

In January 2004, Joe founded YourCFO to help small businesses grow profitably by providing high quality internal accounting management solutions and controller services.

John Craig

John's 23 years of experience includes management control systems design, project management and product development. His financial background began as an auditor with General Electric Company and has included work for both public companies and private start-ups. John has also been involved in many levels of capital transactions including equity and debt financings, private placements, and leveraged buyouts with Hong King Shanghai Bank Corporation. For 14 years, John owned and operated his own business and has been involved with the creation and implementation of multiple POS systems. After receiving his BS in finance from Penn State University (1986), he earned his MBA from Wake Forest University (2002), which included foreign studies in Eastern Europe. John is QuickBooks© certified for both the financial and POS software systems.

Michelle Fries

Michelle has worked with a variety of small businesses and non-profits with simple to complex accounting needs. She began her financial career in 2004 as an Accounting Manager for a behavioral health organization in Florida, where she handled the finances for three locations and oversaw office operations including file management & records maintenance to ensure compliance with federal and state grant funding. Michelle has also worked as a consultant, which included customized QuickBooks© training and preparing financial statements for management. More recently she held a Financial Analyst position in Pittsburgh where she performed month end closing procedures, financial statement preparation, created policies, procedures and controls and prepared for an annual independent audit. Michelle graduated from Robert Morris University in 2000 and is a QuickBooks Proadvisor.

Susan Mazur

Accounting Services Coordinator

Susan's 20 years of customer and client relations experience make her the perfect liaison for small business owners. Her area of expertise is in accounts payable and receivable management and billing, and she has worked with both the desktop and online versions of QuickBooks©. Susan's career background has been in management and finance at Western Psychiatric of UPMC and Allegheny General Hospital as well as Kaufmann's Department store and National Record Mart.
